At A3N, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we invite you to review our returns and refunds policy outlined below.

Cancellation Policy

a) Order Cancellation Before Shipment
You may cancel your order before it is shipped. In such cases, any payment gateway or processing fees will be deducted from your refund amount.

b) Order Cancellation After Dispatch
If the order is cancelled after it has been dispatched, the refund will be processed after deducting the two-way shipping charges and any applicable payment gateway fees.

Return Policy (for online sales only)

At A3N, we are your trusted source for certified refurbished technology. Every product purchased online is backed by our 15-day return policy, valid from the date of delivery.

How to Initiate a Return:

Once your issue is verified, we will arrange a pickup. A ₹150 pickup & drop fee will apply to each return.

📞Requirements for Return Processing:
Serial Number Validation
Required to confirm that your return falls within the eligible return window.

Damage Reporting Timeframe
If you’re returning a product due to physical damage, the issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Return Reason Verification
The return reason must align with the actual issue. If mismatched, the return request may be cancelled.

Seal Integrity Requirement
The internal seal must be intact. Devices with signs of tampering may not be eligible for return or refund.

Return Packaging
The product must be securely packaged to avoid damage during transit. A3N reserves the right to deduct charges for any physical damage caused due to improper packaging.

📜 Legal and Miscellaneous:
Agreement Completeness
This policy represents the complete and exclusive agreement between A3N and the customer regarding returns.

Force Majeure Clause
A3N shall not be held liable for delays caused by events beyond its control, such as natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Inspection and Approval Process

Once we receive your returned item, our quality team will conduct a thorough inspection to verify compliance with our return policy criteria.

a. The inspection process may take 3–4 business days from the date of receipt.
b. If the product meets all return conditions, your refund or replacement will be approved.
c. Upon approval, the refund or replacement will be processed within 7–10 business days.

If the return is not approved, you will be notified with the reason and offered further assistance.

Refund Process

📦 RTO (Return to Origin) – Product Not Delivered and Returned to Us
Initiation of Refund: If the product is returned to our warehouse due to delivery failure, we will initiate a refund within 24–48 hours of receiving the item.

Processing Timeline: The refund will be credited back to the original payment source within 14 business days, after deducting courier charges, except in non-customer-dependent scenarios such as:
Non-serviceable locations
Misrouted shipments

COD Orders: If the customer does not respond at the time of delivery and the product is returned, the partial amount paid during order placement will not be refunded.

✅ Product Delivered – Returned Due to Defect
Inspection: Once the returned item is received, it will be inspected to confirm that it meets our return criteria. This process may take 3–4 business days.

Approval: If approved, your refund or replacement will be processed within 7–10 business days.

Refund Details:
a. Refunds will be made to the original payment source.
b. For COD orders, the refund will be transferred to the bank account provided by the customer.

Important Notes:
1. A 2% bank charge will be deducted from the refund if payment was made via credit/debit card.
2. The bank account name must match the name on the sales invoice. If there’s a mismatch, the refund will not be processed.

At A3N, we stand behind the quality of our products and your satisfaction. If you change your mind, you can return your purchase within 15 days of billing for a return replacement — no questions asked.

✅ Terms & Conditions:

1. Return request must be placed within 3 calendar days from the date of billing.

2. The product must be in the same condition as sold—undamaged and without any external repairs, scratches, dents, or part replacements.

3. No external maintenance or tampering should have occurred during the 3-day period.

4. Once approved, refunds will be processed within 3 working days of the claim date.

5. 2% bank charges will be deducted for refunds on credit/debit card payments.

6. Refunds will be credited to a bank account with the same name as on the original invoice. If the names do not match, the refund will not be processed.
